The Centre J. Urgel Forget is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide suitable, affordable and accessible rental housing to independent seniors, including people with restricted mobility.

The vision of the Corporation of the Centre J. Urgel Forget is:

• to be a provide to seniors a living environment that can meet their needs for development.
• to be a reference for seniors as an establishment that can meet their housing needs within an acceptable waiting time.
• to be recognized as a preferred partner by the elected officials of the Municipality of Russell and the United Counties Council of Prescott-Russell as an efficient organization offering affordable and accessible rental housing in our community.
